A charming and spacious gated residence located 3km from the picturesque fishing village of Kilada, this villa boasts 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 WC, generous indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, BBQ facilities, landscape garden (4.000m.), vegetable garden (depending on season), tennis, table tennis, basketball court and
swimming pool. The villas 450m are tastefully furnished, all bedrooms have
A/C and accommodate 16+ guests comfortably.

The bedrooms/living area are distributed per the below:
Main House (separate entrance)
o Main Level - 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 en suite bathroom, 1wc.
o Upper Level - 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms.
Lower level (separate entrance)
- 1 kitchen,
- 1 living room,
- 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each),
- 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) .
Guest House (separate entrance)
- 2 bedrooms (2 single beds each),
- 1 bathroom.
Staff House, for our personnel.
We can connect in every room the two single beds into one double bed and place upper mattresses having the feeling of a perfect double bed. Moreover, there is the option in some rooms to add extra beds, camp beds and baby cots if needed.

- Daily cleaning/housekeeping service (Change of linen and towels approximately every three days). One set towels per guest (1 body, 1 face and 1 beach towel)

Cooking service - Our chef specializes in Traditional Greek Cuisine. Breakfast includes fresh bread, croissants, cakes, omelet, orange juice, coffee etc.
Winery list - We offer a variety of local wines for our guests to choose on their stay.
Wedding ceremonies - Upon discussion, we are happy to host private wedding ceremonies and events up tp 35 people in our villas.
